The ceremony is the most popular starting point, but coverage can also include speeches, readings, blessings or another part of the day that matters to your remote guests.
A single camera can keep the setup particularly discreet. Where the venue and schedule allow, a multi-camera stream offers different views of the ceremony and the people involved.
We’ll discuss which parts you want to share and how the day is arranged, particularly if the ceremony and reception are in different spaces or venues.

We’ll agree the coverage, timings and camera positions, assess the connection and discuss any venue or ceremony requirements.
02 · Invite your guests
Share the viewing link
Send the private link with the ceremony start time. For guests overseas, include the UK time zone so they know when to join.
03 · During the ceremony
Enjoy your wedding
I look after the cameras, audio and stream while your guests click the link and watch. The stream is monitored throughout the agreed coverage.

The words are a huge part of why your loved ones want to watch. Dedicated audio helps bring the vows, readings and speeches into the stream clearly, while carefully positioned cameras keep the setup respectful of the ceremony.
Internet access needs checking at the actual ceremony location. I assess the available connection in advance and plan backups where possible. If there are limitations, we’ll discuss them honestly before agreeing the setup.
No live stream is independent of its internet connection. We’ll work through what is practical for your venue rather than assuming that having Wi-Fi somewhere in the building is enough.

A live stream lets loved ones watch in real time. A wedding film brings together the story of your day to revisit afterwards. If you’d like both, we can discuss streaming as an optional extra to your videography package.
I also offer combined photography and videography with trusted photographers. We’ll make the team and responsibilities clear, so you know who is covering each part of the day.

Will guests know they’re being filmed?
Yes. Cameras are positioned discreetly and the coverage is handled respectfully. We’ll discuss the setup and any venue requirements beforehand so the ceremony remains the focus.
What if the internet connection isn’t strong?
I assess the connection in advance and plan accordingly, with backups wherever possible. If the venue has limitations, we’ll talk through what is achievable. A reliable live stream depends on a suitable connection at the ceremony location.
Is the wedding live stream public?
No. The stream is accessed through a private viewing link and online system rather than a public social feed. Share the link only with the people you want to invite, and ask them not to forward it.
Do guests need an app or a login to watch?
No. Guests can follow the viewing link without installing an app or creating a login. They will need a suitable device and an internet connection.
Can guests watch from another country?
Yes, the stream is intended to help friends and family join remotely, including from overseas. Send the link in advance and make the start time and UK time zone clear. Their own internet connection and access to the viewing service will affect their experience.
Can you live stream the speeches as well as the ceremony?
Yes, speeches, readings and blessings can be discussed alongside ceremony coverage. Tell me the timings and whether they take place in another room or venue so I can plan the setup and quote.
How much does wedding live streaming cost?
Prices start at £450. The final quote depends on the agreed coverage and setup. Streaming can also be an optional extra to a wedding videography booking.
Can we book live streaming without a wedding film?
Get in touch with your date and venue to discuss live-streaming coverage on its own. If you also want a wedding film, I can explain the options for combining the services.
Will there be a recording to watch afterwards?
If a recording or replay is important to you, mention it when you enquire. We’ll confirm what can be provided, how it would be delivered and any additional cost in your quote.
Do you cover my venue?
I work regularly across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey, and travel further afield. Send me your venue and date so I can confirm availability and discuss the connection and setup.
Do you offer photography as well?
Yes. I offer combined photography and videography packages with trusted photographers. If you’d like to include live streaming too, we can discuss the team and coverage needed for your plans.
