Getting married at Wotton House
Wotton House is a country-house wedding venue near Dorking in Surrey. Its Old Library and Grade II listed Italian Gardens offer indoor and outdoor ceremony settings, with the Evelyn Suite used for wedding breakfasts.
A wedding here can move between dramatic architecture, open gardens and a lively reception. I want your film to hold onto that changing atmosphere while staying close to the people at the centre of it: the nervous smiles, the stories in the speeches and the moments between the formalities.

The Old Library: keep your words clear
The Old Library’s vaulted ceiling and pillars make a distinctive ceremony setting. I’d agree camera positions around your layout and use dedicated microphones to capture your vows clearly, while keeping equipment and movement discreet.
The Italian Gardens: plan for the weather
For an outdoor ceremony, talk through the indoor alternative with the venue team. Sharing both plans with your suppliers helps everyone adjust calmly. I’d also consider wind protection for sound and time for a short walk together if the conditions allow.
The Evelyn Suite: make room for reactions
The Evelyn Suite opens onto the Italian Gardens. When planning the wedding breakfast and speeches, allow a little breathing space and tell me about surprise contributions. The reactions around the room are just as much part of the story as the speaker.

Your Wotton House videographer
A beautiful setting is only the beginning. I pay attention to the people, the relationships and the little moments you might miss while you’re busy enjoying your day. The aim is a film that feels personal every time you watch it.
We’ll talk through your plans before the wedding, including family traditions, important guests and any surprises. On the day I work unobtrusively, with gentle direction when it helps, so you can spend your time celebrating rather than performing for the camera.

How do we book you for our Wotton House wedding?
Send your wedding date and a few details using the form below. I’ll confirm my availability and help you choose your coverage. Once you’re happy with the quote and booking arrangements, we can get the date secured.
How much does wedding videography cost?
My Highlights Package starts at £1,800 and Signature Film Package at £3,000. Visit my packages page for current inclusions, or send your date and plans for a personalised quote.
Can we book photography and videography together?
Yes. The combined package brings together a dedicated videographer and a dedicated photographer with one booking. Each person concentrates on their own role. It starts at £3,600; your quote will confirm the team and coverage.
Can you film the ceremony and speeches in full?
Yes. Full ceremony and speeches films are included in the Signature Film Package. If you prefer the Highlights Package, ask about adding them. We’ll confirm your deliverables in your quote so you know exactly what you’ll receive.
Will we need to spend lots of time posing?
No. I work quietly around the day, capturing people as they are. A short walk together can give us room for couple footage without turning your drinks reception into a long filming session.
Can you include drone footage?
Where safe, permitted and suitable for the conditions, aerial footage can add context to a wedding film. Flying depends on the location, permissions, weather and airspace restrictions, so it is never guaranteed.
